4 Riders to be Nominated From Among 13 to Represent Team Canada at the 2012 Olympics in London This August.
Canada has been granted two spots each, by the UCI, for both the men’s and the women’s Olympic cross country race this summer in London. Since the UCI Qualification window was opened, seven women and six men have qualified and of them, two men and two women will be chosen to represent Canada at the games.
The team will be announced at the 2012 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Mont-Saint-Anne, Quebec on June 20th.
The list of nominated athletes being considered for the Olympics are:
